Genetic Health Guarantee

This is a written guarantee that your puppy/dog is free from any genetic/congenital problem until the age of 1 year or 3 years if NuVet Plus Vitamins are given daily.  The genetic/congenital problem must be one that affects or will affect the QUALITY OF LIFE of the puppy/dog.  If you find that there is a problem that is covered under this guarantee, then we will have you provide us with a Veterinarian-signed statement as to the nature of the problem. Once our Veterinarian reviews the material from your Veterinarian and there is an agreement that there is a genetic/congenital problem that will affect the quality of life of the puppy/dog, then we will give another puppy of equal money value as a replacement as soon as one is available. Shipping cost are at the buyers expense.  All Veterinarian bills are the responsibility of the Buyer.

In order to obtain the full benefits of this genetic guarantee, your puppy must be on large-breed puppy food/medium-breed puppy food.  Research is finding that rapidly growing large-breed puppies are more inclined to exhibit developmental bone problems and that controlling calcium, phosphorus, and calorie levels in their diet promotes normal skeletal development.

Veterinarians highly recommend that all puppies/dogs be spayed or neutered: therefore if one or both testicles on a male puppy have not fully descended, this guarantee does not include this problem with the exception of puppies/dogs purchased with AKC full registration.
Spaying or neutering your pet can decrease the risk of diseases that are expensive to treat.
Pets that are spayed or neutered have up to an 85% lower
risk of certain types of cancers and other serious health complications.
Animals that are fixed make better companions because they are not motivated to wander in search of a mate.
This guarantee does not include allergies.

General Health Guarantee

The seller certifies that upon receipt, the dog is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to the accompanying health record of said Breed. This dog has the following conditions now:      None
And those conditions are excluded from any guarantee and are not valid to reject the puppy due to these conditions.

Siberian Husky puppies may have Coccidia in their intestinal tract and also may been exposed to Giardia.  Giardia is around in the environment.  It can be in the water (it’s found in mountain streams).  It is also carried by birds.  Coccidia can be brought into any environment by a stray cat or dog dropping infected feces in your yard.  If it comes out in their feces, it can stay in the environment for many years.  Both of these things are intestinal parasites or bacteria, which Siberians seem to be susceptible to, especially as puppies.  They both can cause diarrhea.  In the stress of a move and in particular, shipping a puppy, they may get a flair up of one or the other of these, brought on by stress, which suppresses the immune system.  Both are easily treatable and not life threatening, if taken care of and are not considered a reason for return of a pup, refund, or reimbursement of any vet bills, they fall in the department of care and maintenance of your puppy.
The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by your veterinarian at your expense within 3 days from the date of possession. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the dog reexamined by a veterinarian of our choice at our expense. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related minor condition is not covered and any condition which will go away as the puppy gets older is not covered. We will not accept responsibility for any harm that comes to the dog once in your possession such as accidents, electrocution, heat related conditions or any other related actions. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious diseases diagnosed after 3 days from the date of possession.

The buyer’s Responsibility

The buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house properly, maintain them up to date on shots. The dog’s outdoor area shall be safe and secure for the dog and everyone else. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely and hence creating a public nuisance or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to Buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the Buyer to any compensation from the Seller.

This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the Buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used in any illegal or immoral activities and absolutely not to be used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or any other mass producing operation.

This dog is sold to you as a pet only and nothing further.
